The Bougie Truffle Tromp begins with a pickup from a Downtown Newberg location. We’ll transport you to our local truffle forest to meet up with the truffle hunting team and guest winemaker. Then you’ll learn some of the basics of truffles and truffle hunting from Stefan before setting out into the woods. That’s where the magic happens! The truffle team will work hard and get as many quality truffles as they can before you move on to lunch.
Lunch will be served in a covered area by a master local chef. Weather permitting, They’ll cook the fresh and local fare over a fire on site and incorporate fresh truffles so you can enjoy the tasty delights we just unearthed!
Our guest winery will pour their wines during lunch and tell you all about their process, history and what makes those wines special to them. Oregon pinot noir and truffle are a natural pairing!…
