MCDOWELL COUNTY, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – A man is facing felony charges after a search led to the discovery of a false check.
The McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged 27-year-old Joshua Mark Cline, of Marion, with:
- Larceny of a chose in Action – felony
- Forgery of an instrument – felony
This comes after he was called in for an interview at the sheriff’s office on Dec. 12.
While speaking with officials, it was determined that he was responsible for the incident and he was placed under arrest, according to the sheriff’s office…
