CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A man that authorities believe is behind a “rage bait” social media account was arrested after deputies say he filmed and posted a video pretending to be underage while harassing employees at a Chattanooga vape store earlier this month.
An arrest report we obtained from the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office says a man went into the Chattanooga Vapor Company store on East Brainerd Road on December 6th, and refused to show any ID required by the store for entry.
