Jamestown Woman Pleads Guilty to Federal Fentanyl Drug Conspiracy

(WNY News Now) – BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Jamestown woman has pleaded guilty in federal court to her role in a fentanyl distribution conspiracy that operated in Chautauqua County over several years, federal prosecutors announced.

U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo said Susan Walker, 31, of Jamestown, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra Jr. to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, 40 grams or more of fentanyl.

The charge carries a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in federal prison, a maximum penalty of 40 years, and a possible fine of up to $5 million…
