A driver for Houston-area bus services was detained by police on Sunday after allegedly stabbing a customer after a bus ride, officials confirmed.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County, or METRO, said the altercation took place around 9 p.m. Sunday at the Greenspoint Transit Center. A patron had boarded the bus and “made physical contact” with the driver, the public transit agency said.
