Lubbock, Texas – Unseasonably warm weather will continue across Lubbock through Christmas week, with daily high temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to mid-80s, approaching or potentially exceeding record levels.

According to the National Weather Service in Lubbock, highs on Monday are forecast between 79 and 85 degrees, followed by 78 to 83 degrees Tuesday. Temperatures ease slightly midweek but remain well above normal, with highs of 75 to 80 degrees Wednesday and 75 to 84 degrees on Christmas Day. Friday highs are expected to range from 71 to 83 degrees
