Man faces host of charges after 17-hour standoff that led to shelter-in-place order in Nowthen

An Anoka County man is facing several criminal charges after a nearly 17-hour standoff that prompted a shelter-in-place order in Nowthen.

It started when Anoka County deputies went to a home last Thursday to arrest 39-year-old Clinten Michael Larson on multiple outstanding warrants, charging documents state.
