Oklahoma AG Drummond Adds Suspect to State’s 10 Most Wanted for Jenks Murder Case

Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond has escalated efforts to apprehend an accused murderer, by placing the suspect on the state’s 10 Most Wanted list. This measure seeks the public’s assistance in locating individuals who have evaded the law, such as the case involving the death of 25-year-old Eriyon Tecson, according to the Oklahoma Attorney General.

On December 7, Jenks police responded to a fatal collision wherein the vehicle, driven by the suspect Cazares, struck Tecson. Initially, Cazares claimed the incident was an accident, asserting that Tecson stepped out in front of the vehicle unannounced. However, Cazares’ alleged impairment at the scene raised doubts about this version of events, with reports of slurred speech and an odor of alcohol leading to his arrest for manslaughter. Subsequent revelations further implicated Cazares. Surveillance footage secured by Jenks High School reportedly displayed Tecson at a safe distance when Cazares’ vehicle drove into her.
