Spokane Valley and city fire rescue team returns from Skagit County floods

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – The joint Spokane Valley Fire Department and City of Spokane Fire Department swift water rescue team has returned home after being deployed to Skagit County to assist with flood rescues.
