LOUISVILLE, Ohio (news Talk 1480 WHBC) – A large, smokey two-alarm fire on Friday afternoon at the former ATI Materials steel plant on the west side of Louisville.
The city’s fire department says plastic stored in the building sent black smoke in the air.
