BLACK MOUNTAIN, N.C. (WLOS) — The Town of Black Mountain has now shared a determination from the North Carolina Office of the State Fire Marshal.
It provides an independent interpretation of what state law requires for Black Mountain Brewing’s upper deck.
In an email, the state fire marshal confirmed that fire district building standards applied to the deck at the time it was originally constructed, not just now.
