ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) — Another alleged member of what police call the “Felony Lane Gang” is in Blair County Prison after a series of smash-and-grab robberies and fraud in multiple counties across multiple states.
Shaquille Davonte Lewis, 29, of Sunrise, Fla., was placed in prison with bail set at a substantial $2 million last week.
Lewis was linked to the arrest of Tiffany John in Blair County in September after a series of robberies from vehicles and a string of ID theft by using IDs stolen from vehicles to write and cash fraudulent checks…
