CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Investigators announced a second teenager has been arrested in connection with a deadly December shooting that happened in downtown Charleston.
A 16-year-old, who police have not identified because of his age, was arrested Tuesday and charged in connection with the shooting that killed 17-year-old Luis Garcia-Galvez.
