CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – A 79-year-old man was killed Saturday night after being struck by an SUV on the I-277 ramp to Kenilworth Avenue, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department said.
Wayne Raymond Cruse, 79, was found unresponsive shortly after 7 p.m. in the middle of the ramp to Kenilworth Avenue, investigators said.
