OCALA, FL (352today.com) – The Marion County Sheriff’s Office responded to a physical domestic disturbance on Sunday, Dec. 21, 2025.
Adrian Marques Patterson, 21, Ocala, was charged with three felonies: domestic battery by strangulation; aggravated battery knowing or should have known the victim was pregnant; and tampering with or harassing a witness or victim, hindering, delaying or preventing the communication to a law enforcement officer of judge, of information relating to the commission of an offense or a violation. He is also being charged with two misdemeanors for larceny, petit theft in the first degree, $100 to $750, and resisting an officer without violence. The accused is being held without bond.
