THOMASVILLE, N.C. (WJW) — A North Carolina woman has been charged after her pets reportedly attacked a man last month in her neighborhood and he died from his injuries.
The Davidson County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement they were first called to a home in Thomasville Nov. 18 for reports a man was suffering from cardiac arrest.

Upon arrival, deputies found a 73-year-old man dead in the front yard and said the start of their investigation “indicated that his injuries were consistent with an attack by a large pack of canines.”
Investigators, along with help from county animal control, were able to find a pack of dogs at a neighboring property. The sheriff’s office said officials rounded up 17 dogs (all determined to be pit bull mixes) and euthanized them…
