HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — The City of Huntsville has announced municipal offices will be closed for Christmas later this week.
The city announced Monday that offices, including animal services, Parks and Recreation facilities, and the municipal court, will be closed Thursday, Dec 25, and Friday, Dec 26, in observance of the Christmas Holiday.

The city said public transit, both Orbit and Access, will be closed at 6 p.m. on Wednesday and remain closed on Thursday. Service will resume on Friday.
