ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – Concerns have been raised with Roanoke city leaders about people parking their cars in designated bike lanes or on city greenways.
Last week, a man raised concerns to the Roanoke City Council that too many people are parking in bike lanes and on greenways around the city. He said not enough is being done to prevent this traffic violation.
“It becomes a safety factor for everybody. All I’m asking is for you to enforce the rules that are on the books,” said David Hoops, who lives and rides his bicycle in Roanoke…
