SUFFOLK, Va. — A man accused of the murder of a Richmond man who went missing months ago appeared in a Suffolk courtroom on Monday as prosecutors continue to move forward with the case.
Investigators say Levar Bradshaw Jr. is one of two suspects charged in the killing of 48-year-old Gerard Harvell of Richmond. Bradshaw is facing five charges in connection with Harvell’s death.
