ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Tucked away in a conference room inside Highland Hospital are boxes of old medical equipment ready for a new life.
“I have these old machines I can’t do anything with. Can’t dispense medical equipment without doctors’ orders,” said Donna Germuga.
