STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A driver was killed late Sunday night after colliding with a box truck on the Staten Island Expressway, in what remains an ongoing investigation, according to an NYPD spokesperson.
Emergency crews responded just before 11 p.m. to reports of a crash on the New Jersey-bound side of the highway, near the Victory Boulevard exit and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Expressway interchange.
