Three local organizations that help victims of domestic violence got early Christmas gifts from the Gwinnett County Solicitor’s Office last week.
Solicitor General LisaMarie Bristol presented checks to officials from Mosaic Georgia, the Partnership Against Domestic Violence and Ahimsa House during a ceremony at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center. The $12,080 that was distributed represents the proceeds raised during the Solicitor’s Office’s third annual Dash 4 Domestic Violence 5K.
“These contributions reflect our office’s ongoing commitment to supporting victims, strengthening community partnerships, and turning awareness into action,” the Solicitor’s Office said. “We are grateful to everyone who participated, donated, and helped make a meaningful impact for survivors and families throughout Gwinnett County.”…
