(WFRV)- A new bakery is opening with the goal of providing a safe space for those with food allergies.
In this segment, Samantha Lax, owner of Let It Bake, shares the history of her business, which began with testing recipes for a friend who had dietary restrictions. After experimenting with many different recipes and making adjustments, Let It Bake was born. Samantha explains that the business is dedicated to gluten- and dairy-free baked goods, specializing in sourdough, cookies, and other treats.
Samantha shares all the details about the storefront in downtown Green Bay. Currently, she is primarily operating on an order basis; however, with each order, she tries to make a little extra to place in the ‘grab-and-go’ section, allowing others to stop in and purchase her products.
