Lincoln man bothers neighbors, pulls shotgun when confronted, police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) — A Lincoln man is charged after threatening two of his neighbors with a modified shotgun, court records show.

Officers arrested 33-year-old Keenen Woodford-Fortner on Friday. He has since been charged with terroristic threats and two firearm-related felonies.
