TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa Fire Department responded to a call at Midtown Reserve Apartments.
Firefighters said the cause of the fire is due to someone smoking near an oxygen tank resulting in an explosion.
First responders said the victim did sustain burn injuries, however, their condition is unknown at this time.
There was no one else inside the apartment…
