New Mexico man facing federal charges after making threats

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A New Mexico man is facing federal charges, accused of threatening a worker inside the Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office. Thomas Clark Agee, 62, faced a judge on Monday on accusations that he harassed the worker in July. Federal prosecutors claimed that Agee said he was defrauded of $33,000, but that prosecutors didn’t take his claims seriously.

Investigators said the DA’s Office reported Agee, after he’s accused of sending an email that said, “maybe I need to teach law enforcement a lesson?… Running down a bunch people, or doing some type of mass robbery? What is law enforcement going to say if I consciously murder a bunch of people in the 1st degree?”
