LEHI, Utah (ABC4) — The ex-husband of “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” personality Britani Bateman has been arrested and charged with stalking, violating a protective order, and posting her personal information online.
John Scott Pace Underwood, 59, has been charged with stalking of a cohabitant (a third-degree felony), violation of a protective order (a class A misdemeanor), and unlawful electronic disclosure of personal identifying information (a class B misdemeanor). All of the charges have the domestic violence enhancement.
On Dec. 8, Underwood allegedly posted Bateman’s personal cell phone on TikTok with the comment, “there ya go. Give her a call.”
