BALTIMORE (WBFF) — The Attorney General’s Office determined that no charges will be filed in the June 17, 2025, fatal police-involved shooting that left a man dead and a police officer injured in West Baltimore.
The Attorney General’s Independent Investigations Division (IID) concluded that the officers did not commit a crime under Maryland law, and the Attorney General determined not to prosecute any of the officers involved in this case.
