Authorities in New Jersey have charged a 20-year-old man with murdering one of the two people killed in a shootout at a Newark recording studio earlier this month.
The Essex County Prosecutor’s Office also said the second person who died was one of the instigators of the shootout — killed when the target fired back in self-defense.
