According to deputies, a Walterboro man was apprehended following an early-morning stabbing.

Sam Quentin Brown, a 37-year-old from Walterboro, faces charges of attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime after an early morning stabbing in Dorchester County, South Carolina. Deputies responded around 2:42 a.m. on Sunday to Parker’s Kitchen on Linger Longer Drive, where they intercepted a vehicle transporting the chest-stabbed victim to medical care. Brown remains in custody at L.C. Knight Detention Center on a $400,000 bond, with the investigation ongoing.​
