Detroit Schools Offer Up to $1,000 for Students With Perfect Attendance

Detroit Public Schools Community District is bringing back its attendance incentive program for a second year, giving high school students a chance to earn gift cards for showing up every day.

The program, called Perfect Attendance Pays, begins after Winter Break. Starting Monday, January 5 through Friday, January 9, students who attend school every day during that five-day period can earn a $100 gift card.
