JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Residents at a Westside Jacksonville apartment complex have been without water for three days, forcing some to use public restrooms at nearby businesses while management remains silent about repairs.

Tenants at Grassy Pond Apartments on California Avenue said they’ve been unable to use basic facilities, including sinks, toilets, and showers, since Friday. The complex, formerly managed by Peoples Choice Apartments, is now under Legacy Family Communities’ management.
