A winter storm is set to bring widespread rain to the Coachella Valley starting late tonight and continuing through Christmas Eve. The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch from 4 p.m. Tuesday until 10 p.m. Wednesday, with a 90% chance of rain and totals potentially reaching an inch.
