HARRODSBURG, Ky. (FOX 56) — A Harrodsburg factory employee has been accused of abusing a newborn.
According to the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office, a grand jury indicted Matthew Watts on Dec. 19 on first-degree criminal abuse of a child 12 or under and second-degree criminal abuse of a child 12 or under charges.

“The child involved in this case was two weeks old at the time of the incident,” Sheriff Taylor Bottom wrote.
