LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Barry Manilow announced on Monday that he has been diagnosed with lung cancer.
The legendary singer missed six weeks of his residency at the Westgate Las Vegas this fall. After returning to the stage, Manilow said his doctor ordered tests to make sure everything was okay.
In a social media post, Manilow said “The MRI discovered a cancerous spot on my left lung that needs to be removed.” He added, “It’s pure luck (and a great doctor) that it was found so early.”…
