MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A judge denied bail to a Semmes man accused of shooting a man this month.
Jeremy Witherspoon is facing first-degree assault charges in connection with a shooting at a lounge on St. Stephens Road that happened on Dec. 11. Police say Witherspoon and the victim had an argument which led to an assault.
