An Ocala woman has filed a lawsuit against a local Firehouse Subs, claiming she suffered significant injuries after allegedly slipping in a puddle of water near the restaurant’s exit.
Melissa Rose-Flowers filed the complaint on December 10, in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court for Marion County against Firehouse of America LLC, doing business as Firehouse Subs #0579.
