QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) — An NYPD sergeant is accused of choking his girlfriend during an argument in Queens on Saturday afternoon, prosecutors said Tuesday.
Sgt. Tahino Sotomayor, 48, allegedly attacked the woman in front of the Vietor Avenue apartment between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m., according to the criminal complaint.
