TOLEDO, Ohio — A crash knocked over a traffic signal and damaged two vehicles in west Toledo Monday morning.
Authorities responded to the intersection of Jackman and Berdan around 11 a.m. following a crash. At the scene, WTOL 11 observed two vehicles that had sustained damage, and a traffic signal and pole that had been knocked over.
