A Perry man was arrested Sunday after allegedly assaulting an officer of the Perry Police Department.
Gerald Dean Johnson, 64, of 2630 Warford St., Perry, was charged with assault on persons in certain occupations, interference with official acts, third or subsequent offense possession of a controlled substance and trespassing.
