West Allis Mayor Dan Devine talks ‘Visit Stallis’ campaign, city cleaning up from flooding

WEST ALLIS, Wis. — The City of West Allis brings people near and far for the Wisconsin State Fair, but the small business scene is also booming.

Mayor Dan Devine spent part of his morning with Spectrum News to discuss some hidden gems in the area and how the city is doing in the wake of devastating summer floods.

“Public works crews were phenomenal,” said Devine. “They took almost two tons of debris away, and the silver lining came with the aftermath of neighborhoods that were impacted all now knowing one another. The neighborhoods are so much more connected than they were before.”…
