The widow of tech pioneer David Monroe, who was killed in an accident at Port San Antonio, and his children from a previous marriage are disagreeing over the division of his estate.

Monroe, founder and CEO of the San Antonio Museum of Science and Technology, died without a will in September when a jet engine he was moving fell on him at a loading dock at Boeing Center at Tech Port.
