The Jacob Liquor Exchange that has operated at 10221 W. 21st St. since 1997 will be moving sometime in the next several months to make way for a new 7 Brew drive-through coffee shop.
Connor Johnson, the operating partner of a local 7 Brew franchise, said that a deal has been reached that will result in the demolition of the liquor store building at 21st and Maize. It should be torn down and construction should begin on the site sometime in the first quarter of 2026, he said. The new 7 Brew should be operating by summer.
