PHOENIX — A man who robbed a Circle K in Mesa and threatened to stab an employee was sentenced to 9.5 years in prison, officials announced.
According to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, 34-year-old Cameron Davis pleaded guilty to one count of armed robbery for the incident.
“No one should have to face threats of violence while trying to earn a living,” Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell said in the Monday announcement. “Our office remains committed to standing with victims and ensuring that those who choose violence face serious consequences.”
