Anchorage Police have identified a woman found deceased near the Basher Trailhead earlier this week.
Officers responded to the Basher Trailhead at 9001 Basher Drive on December 19 around 12:40 p.m., following a report of a deceased individual. Authorities confirmed the woman as 28-year-old Kaitlyn Kaganak. Notification of her next of kin has been completed.
