From Anchorage to the Big Ten, Reid’s rise as elite goalkeeper leads her to Michigan

From the soccer nets of Anchorage to now on the cusp of playing in the Big Ten, Brooklyn Reid is soaring.

The goalkeeper has spent the last three years attending Shattuck-St. Mary’s School in Faribault, Minn., honing her skills in the prep school’s prestigious soccer development program. Now set to graduate this spring, Reid has signed with the University of Michigan to continue her soccer career.
