New restaurant coming soon to former Aunt Betty’s in Pinckney

A new restaurant is stepping into the former Aunt Betty’s in Pinckney.

Aunt Betty’s closed at the beginning of November, according to reporting from WHMI. The breakfast and lunch spot spent decades serving the community at 126 W. Main St.

Bernardo Pacheco now hopes to fill the space with Taqueria Los Dos Potrillos as early as January. He’s leasing the storefront from Trisha Donahee and Anthony (AJ) Wynn — who, despite closing Aunt Betty’s, remain the building’s owners…
