BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A drunken fight over an electric bill culminated with a Bakersfield man drawing a gun and firing a shot into the ceiling — and another into his son’s chest.
Jose Guadalupe Preciado, 52, told authorities he aimed for Angel Preciado’s shoulder as Angel and another son attempted to wrestle the gun away from him, according to new-released sheriff’s reports.
