MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A new development could come to Whitehaven, prompting people nearby to ask questions.
The proposed development would be along East Raines Road and Millbranch Road. A spokesperson with the City of Memphis says it could be a gas station and convenience store.
During a meeting about the proposal Monday, Action News 5 heard a variety of concerns.
