Two teenagers have been arrested after a violent altercation.
Hannah Haynesworth, 19, of Hernando, had been arguing Monday afternoon with 19-year-old Ziens Sylvain at his residence in the Lady Lake portion of Sumter County, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.
Haynesworth struck Sylvain across the face with an open hand. This apparently enraged him and he placed his hands around her throat and “slammed” her onto a bed. He held her down on the bed for about two minutes while she continued kicking him.
Sylvain was arrested on a felony charge of domestic battery by strangulation. He was booked at the Sumter County Detention Center on $1,000 bond…
